I’m a surfer, born in Australia, who moved to Hawaii in 2004 after meeting my husband!
We are passionate about surfing, all things ocean related, healthy living and Vegan food.
My plant based journey began some time between 2006 and 2008. I live off smoothie bowls, fresh juices, avocados and hemp seeds and since then have had 2 healthy vegan pregnancies and home births.
Currently juggling life as a stay at beach mom while homeschooling my two kids and starting my online business promoting health and hoping to inspire others to follow their dreams and live the life they love!
